Unprecedented economic development is happening in Licking County. In addition to change that is already underway, in early 2022 Intel announced that it is prepared to initially invest $20 billion to build two leading-edge processor factories. FRAMEWORK includes 15 jurisdictions who will focus on understanding the impacts―and identifying the potential benefits―of anticipated investments from the public and private sectors, catalyzed by the investment from Intel.
